CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please kindly provide Serene Skn Studio a 48 hour notice. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment a 30% cancellation fee will be charged. For same day no-shows or cancellations, the full service price will be charged.
